SHIPPING POLICY
On average, orders ship 3-10 days after purchase, unless stated otherwise on product page. Please email me for rushed orders. Once shipped, you will receive an email regarding shipment date and tracking information.
I do offer free pickup or delivery in the Oklahoma City metro area. Please email orders@tracimadoledesigns.com to schedule.
RETURN POLICY
I, more than anyone, want you to love your purchase(s). If you find your art piece doesn’t fit the space in the way you were imagining, I accept returns for exchange within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange for an item of equal price or greater (if greater, you are responsible for the price difference). It’s important that you contact me as soon as possible if you need to return an item. The item must be undamaged and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with images of the item and packaging.
No returns on commissioned art once approved.
